Chuck-A-Ball, Big First Pitch, and Little Managers at Fredericksburg Nationals Game!

We felt like we scored a grand slam at the Fredericksburg Nationals game on August 21st!
Fredericksburg Nationals generously invited us to be the benefitting charity for Amazon's Chuck-A-Ball game. Attendees to purchase a bag of tennis balls for a post-game challenge of tossing them toward the target on the baseball field. The tennis ball closest to the target wins half of the proceeds, with the other half being donated to our non-profit! BIG thank you to Fredericksburg Nationals' awesome fans for participating and supporting BBBS.
That's not all! Fredericksburg Nationals also invited Big Brother Jake to throw one of the first pitch's of the game and also had Little Brother Asher join the team as their Mini Manager. After cheering on his Big Brother during the pitch, Asher was then featured on the big screen as he kicked off the game by shouting "Play Ball!" into the microphone. It was a fantastic day out at the ballpark, thanks to Fredericksburg Nationals generosity and continuous support toward our Bigs and Littles!
