BUILDING BONDS AND CONFIDENCE AT RAPP ROCKS CLIMBING GYM

Our Bigs and Littles were excited to return to Rapp Rocks Climbing Gym last Saturday!

For the 2nd year in a row, Rapp Rocks Climbing Gym has generously donated indoor rock climbing experiences for our Bigs and Littles to enjoy at their gym as a Match Activity! Match Activities help Bigs and Littles share experiences together while also introducing Littles to new passions and hobbies.

Before beginning their climb, Bigs and Littles enjoyed an energy-fueling meal in the Rapp Rocks Climbing Gym’s balcony space, where they had the perfect view of experienced members testing their strength with some of the more challenging climbs. It was the perfect motivation for our matches as they later stood beneath the tall rock walls, listening to Rapp Rocks’ instructors explain the rules and proper safety of climbing.

It is truly rewarding to watch a Little go from nervously grabbing their first few holds to confidently racing their Bigs to the top. Thanks to Rapp Rocks Climbing Gym, we were able to treat our Littles to a fun learning experience. We may have sparked something in our adventurous Littles!
